Copyright Ownership
All photographs, images, and visual content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of G&G Lightcraft Studio LLC (“Photographer”) and are protected under United States and international copyright laws. Copyright is not transferred with the purchase of any image, print, or service unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Image Usage & Licensing
Purchase of a photograph, print, digital file, or photography service grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or otherwise agreed-upon use only. This license does not permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, alteration, or commercial use unless a separate written licensing agreement is executed by G&G Lightcraft Studio LLC.

Commercial use—including but not limited to advertising, branding, marketing, resale, publication, or third-party licensing—requires prior written permission and may be subject to additional licensing fees.

Digital Files & Prints
Digital images are provided for personal display and archival purposes only unless otherwise licensed. Prints may not be scanned, copied, reproduced, digitally altered, or redistributed in any form. Color and appearance may vary slightly depending on display devices, calibration, and print materials.

Photography Sessions & Services
Photography sessions include the Photographer’s time, experience, and creative direction. Image selection, editing style, and final delivery are at the Photographer’s artistic discretion. Unedited RAW files are not provided unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Payment, Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the custom and digital nature of photography services and products, refunds or exchanges are not offered once work has begun or digital files have been delivered, except in the event of a technical failure solely attributable to G&G Lightcraft Studio LLC.

Client Cooperation & Conditions
The Photographer is not responsible for compromised image quality due to lack of cooperation, environmental conditions, weather, venue restrictions, late arrivals, or limitations imposed by third parties.

Use of Images by Photographer
G&G Lightcraft Studio LLC retains the right to use images created for portfolio display, website content, social media, exhibitions, publications, and self-promotion unless the client submits a written request to opt out prior to the photography session.

Limitation of Liability
The Photographer’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography services or products. Under no circumstances shall G&G Lightcraft Studio LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Website Content Protection
No images, text, or content from this website may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission from G&G Lightcraft Studio LLC.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which G&G Lightcraft Studio LLC operates.
